Katarína Branisová (1980) lived in New Zealand for 10 years. She studied Art & Design at AUT University of Auckland. Katarina participated in several solo and group shows in New Zealand and Australia and in the last years in slovakia.
In her drawings Katarina portrays Personal and intimate observations of particular life moments.
She celebrates beauty with sensuality of The woman and captures subtle emotions and feelings of everydays life.
To be aware of impermanence of our emotions Katarina interprets as very liberating.
In her individual drawing technique with endless details, she reflects on meditative concentration, slow mechanism and patience, Katarina questions the Being in the present world.
